We have developed 18 years of experience structuring, implementing, and managing Public-Private Partnership projects in various Latin American countries, as well as in many service provision industries through infrastructure.

As part of our services, beyond implementation, we have a Consulting unit, with which we support our clients in structuring their projects, developing and assessing the entire structure of risks and benefits of the projects, their viability, and providing assistance in the development of Delegated Administration contracts, including topics such as Financial Balance and Tariff Schemes, to mention a few.

Our advisory in Project Finance is focused on structuring credits in this modality, as well as financing documents and agreements. We have contacts that add value to your management and accompany you in negotiations, bringing our experience to the approval of credits.

The Financial Model Development and Audit service is based on a standard methodology (FASE) for financial planning, Project Finance negotiations, credit applications, company valuation, and international arbitration, complemented by our training service through our courses.

Additionally, we have a training unit with Certified International Instructors, offering our International Specialization in Public-Private Partnerships and other courses related to Public-Private Partnerships, Financial Models, and Project Finance for almost two decades, throughout Latin America.
